About The Position

The cardiovascular technologist is a registered or eligible professional primarily specializing in the utilization of invasive cardiovascular procedures as necessary, and performs under the direct supervision of cardiologists and radiologists.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of cardiovascular technology with a degree or registry in an allied health field.
• At least two years' experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
• Must be proficient in performing all invasive cardiac cath procedures.
• Registered in RCIS or RT.
• ACLS and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize invasive cardiovascular procedures as necessary.
• Perform procedures under the direct supervision of cardiologists and radiologists.
