The Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist Level I (CIT I) provides basic knowledge and competence in radiologic technology, imaging, devices, and provides assistance during neurovascular, vascular angiographic, cardiovascular, electrophysiologic procedures and disciplines. The Stanford Cardiovascular Interventional Tech department averages about 20-35 Cath Lab cases a day. The department has one of the busiest structural heart departments in the country, and techs will be working on complex cases from all around the world. As a CIT you will work on cases in Neuro IR, Cardiology, Structural heart, Vascular and Electrophysiology.
