Apply now to see where your career at CHOC can take you. Our RN Fellowship Program is a 10-week program designed for the experienced nurse who wants to be trained in pediatrics or another specialty. Reporting to the Manager of the RN Fellowship Program in collaboration with the unit leadership team, this position is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upon successful completion of the RN Fellowship program, the nurse transitions to a FT Night position on the unit of hire and reports to the Nursing Manager.
