About The Position
Deliver evidence-based care to complex cardiac patients in a focused CVICU. Collaborative environment with clear pathways to CCRN and leadership development.
Requirements
- FL or compact RN license (or eligibility)
- 1 year recent ICU, CVICU, or ER experience
- BLS at hire
- ACLS within 6 months
- NIHSS within 30 days

- BSN
- CCRN encouraged
Responsibilities
- Continuous cardiac monitoring and ventilator management
- Vasoactive drip titration and rapid response participation
- Discharge readiness teaching and family support
- Accurate documentation and contribution to unit quality metrics
