About The Position

The CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) at Pfizer is responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with healthcare providers in a designated territory. This role involves engaging customers through both in-person and virtual interactions, implementing strategic business plans, and leveraging product knowledge to promote therapies for patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases. The HSP will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives while adhering to compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or account management; or an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional Sales or Promotional Activity experience
  • Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
  • Full Time Military experience
  • Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience
  • Strong track record of sales or marketing success
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability
  • Knowledge of applicable disease states and therapeutic areas
  • Familiarity with territory customers and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drives sales in assigned territory
  • Engages with customers both face to face and virtually
  • Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans
  • Identifies and implements live/virtual engagement strategies with customers
  • Builds rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments
  • Utilizes internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities
  • Educates providers on product value propositions and disease state information
  • Collaborates effectively across the organization to address customer inquiries
  • Completes all administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
