About The Position

Atrium Health is seeking a Cardiovascular/Electrophysiology Specialist to join our team at CMC Main Sanger Heart & Vascular. Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or equivalent in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiovascular or electrophysiology nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with advanced electrophysiology techniques.
• Certification in Electrophysiology Nursing (CEPS) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care in cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of electrophysiology studies and procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures and provide necessary interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-procedure care.
