About The Position

As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, you'll work with a team of 2 board-certified CT surgeons, that puts patients first! You'll have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside 11 cardiologists with 4 interventional cardiologists and 1 EP specialist (with a second EP coming), and 3 vascular surgeons. The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences. Competitive Compensation: $925,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive. Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible! You would practice at Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. You would be joining a well-respected, established group of Heart & Vascular providers. Extended program includes 4 experienced surgical PA's who provide support in the OR, hospital, and ambulatory clinic. The clinic is conveniently located adjacent to the hospital providing easy access. EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide). Excellent opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, professional growth, and plenty of program support. Great team dynamic! The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. The OR includes one hybrid and one biplane operating suite.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
Residency or Fellowship trained in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
Passion for CT surgery.
