About The Position

AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center is seeking a motivated PA/APP to join our
Cardiothoracic Surgery team through a structured Clinical Training Pathway
designed to develop advanced surgical and peri-operative skills. This role is
ideal for candidates with strong interest in CT Surgery who are eager to grow in
a hands-on, highly supportive environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience on a surgical floor, surgical/CT ICU, or prior exposure to CT Surgery
• Comfort managing post-operative patients within a multidisciplinary care team

Responsibilities

• Participate in first assist responsibilities for adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures
• Perform (or train to perform) endoscopic vein harvesting for CABG cases
• Manage post-operative patients in the ICU, step-down, and inpatient units
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, APPs, residents, and nursing staff to support high-quality patient care
