Shift Schedule: Mon -Fri; 8a -4p

Call Schedule: Nights and Weekends

- 7 -10 days per month

Call Type: Beeper

Patient Demographics: Adults

Patient Volume: Varies

Case Mix: Open Heart surgeries, Vascular and Thoracic surgeries

Duties/Responsibilities:

- S uture Removal

- Pre -Op Physical Exams

- Order Tests

- Assist in Surgery

- Write Prescriptions

- Rounding

Procedures:
- Chest Tube Insertions, Thoracentesis

Trauma Level: II

Other Info:

- Will be working autonomously.

- Supervising Physician will be present during the assignment.

EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Requirements

• Active OH License or willing to obtain
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
• Must have OR experience
