About The Position
The position is responsible for the assessment, direction, and supervision of participants in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Program at MedStar Medical Group. The role involves ensuring compliance with AACVPR requirements, participating in process improvement, and providing education and resources to patients and their families. The individual will work closely with medical staff to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and facilitate classes and counseling sessions related to cardiac and pulmonary health.
