About The Position
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist/RT/RN - Cardiopulmonary Rehab Clinician- Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Morristown, VT 05661. Assignment: Varied / Rotating. 8-hour days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. = 24 Guaranteed Hours. Potential for an additional 12-hour day if PT, RT, or RN. Upwards of 36 hours guaranteed if Traveler is a Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or Registered Nurse (to fill hours in other department) This role provides direct patient care in the evaluation and treatment of Cardiopulmonary Rehab Outpatients. Open to clinicians: Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, Exercise Physiologist.
Requirements
- At least 1+ year of Outpatient/Cardiopulmonary experience preferred
- Must have current BLS/BCLS certification
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality Cardiopulmonary/Rehab/ Clinician/Outpatient nursing care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Document accurately and comply with facility policies and protocols
- Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance
