About The Position

The Cardiopulmonary Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cardiopulmonary department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing staff in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. This role includes developing and implementing clinical protocols, maintaining departmental compliance, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
  • Two (2) years’ experience in cardiopulmonary services.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in cardiopulmonary care.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Must have relevant training, experience or current competence in care of all ages in regards to all aspects of respiratory therapy
