Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. Responsibilities Under the general direction of the physician (Cardiologist), will assist by performing invasive and/or non-invasive procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular room in the physician office. Ensures procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure. Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff, if and as applicable. Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures, as appropriate and directed by the physician.
