About The Position

RN Improvement Advisor for the Cardiovascular Service Line plays a vital role in advancing quality, safety, and performance outcomes across cardiac care. This position serves as a clinical leader and change agent, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support evidence-based practices and improve outcomes in key areas such as AMI, CABG, HF, mortalities, and readmissions. Your Role: Is dedicated to helping to identify, plan, and execute improvement projects by an internal consultant providing support necessary to deliver results and spread changes. Functions as a change agent, collaborating with staff to drive continuous, rapid performance improvement. Provides skills, knowledge, and expertise in performance improvement tools and techniques. Working with an operational or administrative leader, supports and facilitates change that leads to improvement.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing.
• Five (5) years job related experience.
• Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Cardiology Nursing experience.
• Five (5) or more years job related experience including statistical processes, quality improvement, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft (MS) Office applications suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., state laws, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards).
