This transformative program is designed to shape the business leaders of tomorrow by immersing the most talented early-in-career individuals in a rigorous and dynamic learning environment. Participants will embark on an intensive 2 to 3-year rotational program designed to fast-track the careers of high-potential individuals through challenging assignments in Sales and Marketing within Boston Scientific's Cardiology Division. This program offers comprehensive training, professional development opportunities, career coaching, and executive-level mentoring to foster growth and leadership. The CLDP is open to all eligible graduates regardless of age, including new career professionals and veterans who returned to school.
