About The Position

BayCare Medical Group, a physician-led organization, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy Cardiology practice at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida. The APP will support outpatient clinic visits for General and Interventional Cardiology patients, stress testing, and inpatient rounding, contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered environment. The group currently consists of eight physicians and five APPs dedicated to providing high quality heart and vascular care.

Requirements

• Preferred two years of experience in cardiac medicine, across both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple providers
• Active Florida license and certification NP-C or PA-C
• Acute Care Certification is required
• Current DEA license
