About The Position

Responsible for performing various non-invasive cardiac testing and/or assists physicians with cardiac testing. Performs tests and all procedures related to non-invasive cardiology. Maintains accurate patient records and charts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• one to two years of basic technical or occupationally-specific training in Cardiac Technology
• one to two years of previous work related experience
• ability to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles
• Communications may include explaining clinical, technical and diagnostic procedures to patients and their families, comforting patients and their families, enforcing policies and regulations in difficult situations, or performing other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill

Nice To Haves

• Certification preferred as a Cardiac Technician
