About The Position
Sutter Lakeside Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our dynamic care team. Sutter Lakeside Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered care team. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited internship and residency program
- Five (5) years of recent, relevant clinical experience preferred
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- DEA registration
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Additional certifications (PALS, NRP) as required by department policy
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiac conditions
- Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac testing, including EKGs, echocardiography, stress testing, and ambulatory monitoring
- Provide cardiology consultations for hospitalized patients
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialty teams
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Participate in shared call coverage as assigned
