As a Cardiologist at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you will join a collaborative team of PCPs, APPs, Pharmacists, Care Coaches, Behavioral Health Specialists, and other professionals. Our team works collectively to provide personalized, high-quality care to older adults. Your role will focus on the diagnosis and management of heart disease, with an emphasis on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention for older adults. Reporting to our Associate Medical Director, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting and empowering clinicians to do what they love. Your Role & Responsibilities You will manage complex cardiac conditions such as heart attacks, abnormal heartbeat rhythms, and congestive heart failure You will work in one of our outpatient offices in the Las Vegas area Collaborate the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Participate in daily team huddle. Document in Athena EMR. Participate in on-call rotation (limited) Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program and 5+ years of residency and fellowship experience
  • Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a certificate of special qualification in cardiovascular disease
  • Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice
  • Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients
  • Engagement in the concept of “Integrated team-based care” model
  • If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.
