Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years technical, professional or operational experience in medical device field required.
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems and SAP implementation.
  • Proven results applying lean in enterprise-wide and transactional environments.
  • Builds strategic partnerships to gain further alignment of program goals and outcomes.
  • Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups.
  • Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial/consultant mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in BPNM 2.0 (Business Process Model & Notation).

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving execution of cross-functional business initiatives through the Magellan program.
  • Develop and execute Plans through workshops and other methods to identify risks across End-to-End business process with global, cross-organizational teams.
  • Act as a liaison and influencer, helping to resolve differences between stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Work cross-divisionally, motivating teams in the development and adoption of global solutions.
  • Oversee and manage use of the CPM (Celonis Portfolio Management) tool to track business hierarchy, refine model structures, and reporting.
  • Leverage expertise in SAP to facilitate system-related integration, data governance, and process mapping.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks; implement mitigation plans to minimize disruption.
  • Promote, identify, and support opportunities to engage technology, including Process Mapping / Modeling / Mining along with Intelligent Automation solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Magellan's standard processes, timelines, and deliverables through proactive governance and status reporting.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and project team members.
