Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Medical Sonography program
Minimum of 2 years of full -time experience as a Cardiac and Vascular Ultrasound Technologist
Current ARDMS or CCI certification required
Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular ultrasound procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high -quality patient care
Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and assist patients as needed
Adaptable, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Perform cardiac and vascular ultrasound studies with accuracy and attention to detail
Collect and review patient history to ensure appropriate imaging procedures are completed
Evaluate images for technical quality and completeness prior to submission
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
Document and maintain quality assurance activities
Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure proper functionality
Communicate findings and collaborate with providers and clinical teams
Adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
