Expectations: The CARDIAC TELEMETRY department cares for Telemetry patients with an emphasis on patients with heart issues. Registered Nurse who shares the same passion for our critically ill patients to coordinate supervise and implement patient care based on competence professional expertise knowledge and evidence-based practice. All Staff Nurses are expected to practice autonomously consistent with professional standards Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations. Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000 .

Requirements

  • Current AZ State RN License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider card
  • American Heart Association ACLS card (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year RN Telemetry experience
  • BSN
