About The Position
Provides diagnostic cardiac ultrasound services and interprets images for ultrasound procedures. Assists the cardiologist and gathers cardiac data to inform diagnostic decisions.
Requirements
- Graduate from an Accredited Radiology Program
- Ultrasound Technology specialization
- Six months of related experience in an acute care environment
- RCS - Registered Cardiac Sonographer or RDCS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (Certification required within one year of employment)
- BLS - American Red Cross or American Red Cross
