The Cardiac Rehab Lead coordinates the total nursing care for cardiac rehab patients and department needs.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree
• Registered Nurse in MN
• BLS-CPR
• ACLS
• Ability to work independently.
• Time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in Cardiac Rehab

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, timecards, budgeting, ordering of supplies
• Maintains regulatory requirements
• Responsible for Quality initiatives & safety
• Observe, monitor, and evaluate cardiac function.
• Provide education to the patient and their family
