Cardiac Rehab Exercise Specialist
About The Position
The Cardiac Rehab Specialist works under the supervision of Director. The Cardiac Rehab Specialist evaluates, assess in-patients and out-patients referred to Cardiac Rehabilitation regarding readiness and response to exercise/activity. This position independently supervises and instructs patients in exercise prescription and progression and facilitates lifestyle modification through patient education.
