Requirements

• Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments and care plans.
• Lead and coordinate the care provided by our skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs), ensuring smooth, collaborative workflows.
• Act as a key communicator within the healthcare team, effectively engaging with physicians, patients’ families, and other team members to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
