Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Nice To Haves

• Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course or equivalent coursework with a passing score.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors/remote telemetry.
• Provides RN's and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms.
