About The Position

Cardiac Interventional Radiology Technologist - Cath Lab at Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 10-hour Day shifts. Under the supervision of the Cath Lab Manager, Cardiologist, Electrophysiologist, Vascular surgeon, and Radiologist, operates radiographic equipment to obtain radiographic images of designated portions of the body to include cardiovascular, peripheral, endovascular, and neurological systems. Performs all phases of cardiac, peripheral, vascular, and neuro-interventional to patients in Cardiac Cath Lab in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the values and mission of the organization. Requirements

• Coursework/Training Completion of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist training program
• Coursework/Training Approved RCIS training program Or Coursework/Training Cath Lab specific on-the-job training
• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography Or Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography Or Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography Or Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year Cath Lab/IR experience.

Nice To Haves

• Upon hire: Fluoroscopy License, Certified by State of California
