Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of a variety of software applications programs.
• Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures.
• Six (6) months of related experience in a healthcare environment.
• ACLS; CPR: National Certification.
• CCSD, IBHRE, and CRAT certifications are required within the first year.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in CVT program from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform interrogations of pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
• Monitor, write reports, and manage remote patient interrogations.
• Identify critical device and/or patient issues and bring them to the attention of the provider.
• Maintain the device database.
• Assist cardiologists with cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintain and monitor systems, equipment, and supplies for the assigned department.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
