About The Position
ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an experienced cardiac critical care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida. Qualified Candidates: · Must be ACNP trained or PA; this position cannot accept any other NP specialties · Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CV and Acute Care (preferably ICU) · Full Time, 12-hour shifts, block scheduling · Nights only, 7p-7a · Ability to perform critical care procedures including arterial lines, central lines, intubations and vent management · 1 MD and 1 APP in house at night Incentive/Benefits Package: · W2 Employed opportunity through ICC Healthcare · Competitive compensation, annual salary · Great comprehensive and flexible benefits program · PTO and CME time / allowance · 100 % covered occurrence-based malpractice · Strong support system · Professional development program with leadership training and mentoring
