About The Position

This position provides program and operational support to the Electrophysiology Program. The individual will collaborate with the Manager of E.P. in the development and coordination of the Electrophysiology area. Additionally, this role functions as a clinician for up to 60% of the time, delivering specialized nursing care to both inpatient and outpatient individuals within the E.P. and Cardiac Catherization areas who are undergoing diagnostic and cardiac procedures. The role also involves assisting in preparation for Joint Commission accreditation.

Requirements

2 years of Cardiology experience with a focus on Electrophysiology and Cardiac Catheterization labs.
Degree in Nursing (Baccalaureate or Graduate).
Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or a Multi-state Nursing license from participating state in the NLC (Nurse licensure Compact).
American Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Health Care provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required upon hire.
American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within three months of hire.
