Barnes-Jewish Hospital's staff is composed of full-time academic faculty and community physicians of Washington University School of Medicine, supported by a house staff of residents, interns, fellows and other medical professionals. The Heart and Vascular Administration department supports the structure for the Heart and Vascular Program and drives the strategic goals and priorities. Role Purpose Coordinates the health care of select patient populations/designated service across the continuum of care. Responsible for coordination of patient contact, patient education, prepares patient/family for procedure/test in collaboration with the healthcare team.
