About The Position

We are a fast-growing, Austin-based startup specializing in high-value collectibles and trading card games (TCG). We are looking for meticulous, energetic team players to join our operations team. If you thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment and want to work with unique products, we want to hear from you! As a Sorting and Fulfillment Associate, you are critical to our operations. You will be responsible for handling valuable inventory, ensuring accuracy in sorting, and preparing orders for shipment.

Requirements

Must be able to work in-person at our Central/South Austin location.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and handle delicate products.
Critical Attention to Detail: Ability to spot differences in cards and ensure 100% order accuracy.
Reliability: Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Adaptability: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment where processes change frequently.

Nice To Haves

Stocking Experience: Experience in warehouse, retail, or inventory management is highly preferred.
Team Player: Willing to collaborate and help out wherever needed.
Passion for the Industry: Understanding or appreciation of collectibles, nerd culture, TCGs, or high-value products is a huge plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Card Sorting: Accurately sort, categorize, and inspect TCG cards and high-value collectibles.
Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high attention to detail.
Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and maintain inventory levels.
Process Improvement: Adapt quickly to changing processes in a start-up environment.
General Support: Assist with team goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
