About The Position
MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union is seeking to hire a talented individual who is driven by the desire to serve others in our back-office Card Services Department. The primary role of a Card Services Specialist (non-exempt, Grade 6) at MidSouth Community FCU is to provide back-office branch operations support by assisting members with their card accounts, controlling issuing, blocking, or renewal of credit cards and debit cards, and reviewing all fraud claims & disputes. The new Card Services Department will be a small team led by the Card Services Manager, and housed at our Mercer University Drive branch in Macon GA. This department is expected to be a busy and fast-paced environment, handling inquiries and providing assistance to a variety of individuals each day. As a Card Services Specialist, you would serve external members by processing approved credit and debit applications, ordering cards, and setting up member files. You will provide members with information and direction regarding their account status, requests, payments, and more. Additionally, you would serve internal members by providing assistance to MidSouth Community FCU team members as they troubleshoot member inquiries.
