We're looking for a Card Services Manager to lead our Card Services Department and the team that runs it. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows card operations well and cares just as much about the people doing the work as the work itself. You'll oversee all debit and credit card operations, including processing, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance with card network rules and federal regulations. You'll also be the go-to person for vendor relationships, escalated member issues, and keeping leadership informed when something needs their attention. Just as important, you'll lead a team of Card Services Specialists. That means setting clear expectations, developing people, holding regular staff meetings, and building the kind of environment where people can do their best work.
