As a Product Manager in Credit Card Data Product, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience in driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with different data environments such as AWS S3, Snowflake and Data Bricks
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with them and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Technical knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, data modeling and data architecture
  • Experience in API-first product design, data governance, and real-time data processing
  • Expertise in delivering products, projects, or technology applications

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • High proficient in data querying with languages as Python, R, Perl, SQL
  • Experience in product development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Coaches and mentors the Analytics Data Product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods. Helps uplift the team to develop a product mindset to help tell a story of the importance of data, the generative AI solutions and how drives business outcomes and enhancing our customers experience
  • Partners with data owners, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data product solutions and generative AI solutions
  • Leads modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures such as AWS and Data Lake
  • Develops a strong partnership with Stakeholders; communicating product updates, influencing the importance of data to the organization, progress and strategy to stakeholders; including executives and customers
  • Demonstrates success in delivering enterprise-scale data products with measurable business outcomes
  • Analyzes data, extracts actionable insights, and connects findings to business strategy, highlighting the importance of data quality and centralized data management in a data lake
  • Translates business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams
