Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes customers
• Takes orders for wash services and suggests upsells as appropriate
• Describes specials and clubs
• Offers complimentary items such as coffee and dog biscuits
• Computes or re-computes bills and processes payments
• Instructs customers on vehicle preparation before entering the tunnel
• Records amounts received and prepares transaction reports
• Maintains a neat and orderly area
• Manages the tunnel entry process and inspects vehicles for loose items
• Guides vehicles safely onto the conveyor
• Informs customers to put their car in neutral and keep their foot off the brake
• Maintains a steady flow of cars onto the conveyor
• Cleans and wipes down equipment during breaks in traffic flow
• Keeps the tunnel floor clear of trip hazards
• Cross-trains with Greeter and Lot Attendant as needed
