Car Wash Team Member - Part Time

Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to collaborate, cooperate and communicate information

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a upbeat and professional manner
- Greet customers and sell car washes in a pleasant and professional manner
- Ability to use such materials as water, cleaning agents, brushes, and cloths
- Keep the flow of traffic into the wash at an even pace and direct traffic out of the wash at the end
- Remove protective plastic from windshield wipers, fix mirrors and license plates when needed
- Keep customer areas clean
- Follow all safety precautions and report equipment problems
- Operate a cash register and be able to collect payment from customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Handle multiple customers and priorities at a time in a friendly, efficient manner
- Cross-promote other dealership services, particularly detail packages
- Attend mandatory monthly team meetings that may be scheduled outside of normal business hours
