Car Wash Team Member – Golden Nozzle Car Wash Support the Team. Drive Daily Operations. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience. What You’ll Do: A day in this role may include: Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Sales Support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies. Site Maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times. Workflow Optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience. Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards. Operational Support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
Requirements
- Age: At least 16 years of age.
- Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.
- Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at least one day on the weekend is required.
- Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
- Lifting: Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
- Environment: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
- Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time.
- Exposure: Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
Responsibilities
