About Blue Iguana Car Wash We are a locally owned, performance-driven express car wash company with six locations in Springfield, Missouri. Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience (operations and direct sales preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and hold people accountable
- Comfortable owning results—not just following processes
- Sales-minded, numbers-driven, and execution-focused
- Open availability, including weekends
- Willingness to relocate for a long-term growth opportunity
