Requirements

• Must have a car and valid driver’s license
• Must have prior leadership and management experience
• Prior leadership or management experience (car wash/service industry preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach—comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team toward success.

Responsibilities
