About The Position

The Site Manager at Take 5 Car Wash is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the car wash location, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and operational guidance, with a focus on creating a positive work environment and promoting career growth. The position offers competitive pay, including commission opportunities, and provides comprehensive training for individuals with varying levels of experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion.
• Must have basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides training and oversight to site employees and offers general operational guidance.
• Serves as a role model to other team members.
• Provides customers with information about subscription/membership programs.
• Recruits, interviews, onboards, and trains new crew members.
• Creates crew schedules and submits payroll.
• Understands the shop's financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely.
• Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed.
• Works safely and reports safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work environment and inventory.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers in selecting menu options and processing payments.
• Performs Crew Member duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer service.
• Guides cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
• Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
