About The Position

The position is located at Tunnel Wash BU - Region 01 - Market 04: 1475 S Alvernon Way, Tucson, Arizona 85711. This is a full-time role requiring flexible availability. The essential duties include recruiting and onboarding new employees, training and coaching staff, scheduling shifts, managing sales volume and profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role.
• Unexpired Driver's License required.
• Motor vehicle record check 'MVR' will be run on the successful candidate post-offer.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store.

Responsibilities

• Successfully recruit and onboard new employees.
• Train and coach staff.
• Schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies.
• Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition.
• Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability.
• Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures.
• Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
