Your Mission: You wont just fix equipmentyoull keep critical systems running, support customers in the field, and grow your technical expertise alongside an experienced team. This includes: Installing, maintaining, and repairing automated car wash equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with pumps, motors, sensors, PLCs, control panels, and water reclaim systems Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and performance Calibrating and adjusting chemical delivery systems, dryers, and vehicle detection sensors Responding to field service calls and resolving equipment failures efficiently and safely Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Ensuring all work meets safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and environmental guidelines Completing accurate service reports, inspection logs, and maintenance records Communicating clearly with site owners, managers, and dispatch to provide status updates and ensure customer satisfaction Supporting installation crews on new builds, upgrades, and retrofits What You Bring to the Table: Experience servicing or installing automated car wash systems is a plus, but not requiredwere committed to training the right candidate Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working in fueling stations, convenience stores, or similar service environments is highly valued Comfortable working with control systems, relays, wiring, sensors, and PLCs Field service experience with the ability to work independently across multiple job sites Working knowledge of safety practices including lockout/tagout, confined space, and chemical handling Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and service documentation Excellent problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally or regionally Detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure Before You Leap: Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following: Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting. Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. If the position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.
