Requirements
- 1 to 3 years Customer Service & Sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 18 months of additional training
- Associate's Degree
- Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds
Responsibilities
- Proactively greet and engage with all customers entering the wash area
- Understand car wash packages and “Unlimited” program details
- Be knowledgeable of competitor offerings and prices
- Act as a brand ambassador when communicating with customers
- Suggestively sell “Unlimited” carwash subscriptions, or upsell customers on car wash packages
- Manage traffic volume effectively to maximize throughput of cars
- Cover the wash bay when needed
