About The Position

We are looking to add an individual to be the face of our car wash. This individual will greet customers and provide information on wash packages we have available to purchase. We are seeking a qualified candidate who is motivated and willing to challenge themselves. Blue Harbor Car Wash is in need of an outgoing, high energy, motivated individual with a passion for helping others. If you like working outdoors, this is for you! We need an eager individual who will build great rapport with customers to make them want to come back again and again. Carwash salesperson is responsible for explaining different wash packages, programs, and upselling customers on the packages offered while selling membership packages.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Sense of urgency
• Great communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures
• Ability to complete work related duties
• Job requires employee to be outside in any weather
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Highly motivated

• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. frequently
• Attention to detail
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to work 10-12 hours a day (unless a minor)
