Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
- No experience required, we’ll train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all lot vehicles, carts, and equipment
- Perform general lot cleanup and upkeep
- Empty and manage trash cans throughout the property
- Assist with snow removal and plowing during winter months
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment storage
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
