About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Guest Service Specialist & Sales Representative to join our car wash team. This position is responsible for assisting customers at the pay station, processing transactions, answering questions about services, and ensuring smooth traffic flow at the entrance of the car wash. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.

Requirements

Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
Basic computer and payment system knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems accurately
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors if required
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays may be required

Responsibilities

Assist customers with selecting and purchasing car wash services at the kiosk or pay station
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
Answer customer questions about wash packages, memberships, and promotions
Ensure the pay station and entrance area remain clean and organized
Monitor traffic flow and help guide customers when necessary
Report any equipment issues or customer concerns to management
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
