About The Position

The Car Wash Attendant plays a crucial role in the wash operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of vehicle entry into the wash. This position is designed to provide employees with skills for advancement within the organization while fostering a team-oriented environment. The attendant is responsible for guiding vehicles, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the wash area.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate with customers on how to line up the vehicle correctly and properly set the vehicle to go through the wash safely.
• Guide cars into the wash area with a calm, focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
• Be polite, professional, and punctual at all times.
• Assist customers while following Valet Auto Wash policy.
• Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and backroom to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly, and alert management if not.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, towel bins full, and trash cans emptied.
• Manage and maintain the equipment in the tunnel and assist with property maintenance, snow and ice removal, and overall site appearance.
• Be trained on how to open and close the site.
