Responsibilities

Greet customers with a smile, guide them through our services, and create a positive, memorable experience.
Prepare vehicles for the wash, monitor operations, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Direct drivers safely, spot and address potential challenges, and keep everyone feeling secure.
Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers and teammates alike, including regular site cleaning tasks.
Educate customers on available services, pricing, and special offers. Assist at the pay station, process payments, and help set up accounts.
Check truck beds, Push in mirrors, and identify areas our equipment may not reach effectively.
Conduct visual inspections, monitor equipment for malfunctions, and activate emergency stops if needed.
Assist with periodic maintenance tasks as directed by the Site Leader.
Follow company guidelines to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service at all times.
Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure the facility runs seamlessly.
